Exemplary hospitality - it as like stepping into a family member's home but a home of great charm and finesse - warm, welcoming and an instant offer of a most welcome drink and a tour of the working farm by Edward who specialises in goats, oigs, hens and pigeons. This place and its welcome restored my confidence that the notion of hospitality still exists. The aperitif de maison was delicious

Spectacular! opened up onto the veranda with views of 180 views of the Fayence/ Seillans region - took my breath away. The room was big, airy, beautifuly designed and decorated; the bed big with rich thick threaded cotton sheets; the bathroom aesthetically and functionally pleasing; wonderful books and music at my disposal. Both spaces inside and out were simple fabulous

Petits-déjeuners et dîners (choix, qualité, quantité) :
Dinner was suberb - Antoinette is a fabulous cook; all home produced and cooked; modified to reflect dietary requirements for myself. Her goats cheese is second to none. Likewise for breakfast - delicious and my needs were of paramount importance to Antoineete. The table was set beautifully for both meals with flowers and candle in abundance

One of Seillans best kept secrets - I will be back. It was lovely to leave the Village and go to the Mas for a scenic view of the region and a taste of farm life and all the goodness that it brings. Edward and Antoinette are an truly exceptional pair who have a flair for food and hospitality and both exude extraordinarily important and now rare values. Merci beaucoup. PS - the chees and jams are delicious
